Golden Years Homestead is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living teams. While this role is RN focused

ScheduleTime & ½ pay from Friday 3:00pm – Monday 7:00am
Occasional evenings, holidays & on-call rotation
Pay$37.91–$43.06 per hour
1.5x pay for all weekend hours
What You’ll Do- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical care
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Support EMR documentation and quality initiatives
- Active Indiana RN license (preferred)
- LPNs with strong experience will be considered - Long-term care or assisted living experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
