• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
• Ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory and manage food supply orders
• Support a welcoming dining experience for residents while respecting individual preferences

• Previous supervisory experience in food service (healthcare setting preferred)
• Knowledge of state and federal food service regulations
• Serv Safe certification required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused
