Position Summary- Multiple shifts – Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (hours may change).
- Responsible for supervising labor, planning inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring production, safety, and quality targets are met.
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager or Distribution Center Manager on receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.
- Serves as a key point of contact for staff, senior management, and client representatives.
- Conduct staff meetings to review work activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep senior management and clients informed of critical issues affecting operations.
- Develop and implement systems for managing operations, equipment, and products safely and profitably.
- Report on ongoing cost‑saving measures and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with KPI’s, quality systems, and client operating agreements.
- Drive employee performance through training, evaluations, and development programs.
- Plan daily work schedules based on orders and customer instructions.
- Oversee space re‑organization and supply levels to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain high motivation and provide growth opportunities for staff.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or a related environment.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Preferred: MHE certification or basic MHE operation knowledge.
- Successful completion of a forklift training program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS functions.
- English – reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Business communication proficiency.
- Basic to intermediate skills for quantity verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and timely completion of tasks.
- Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.
- Willingness to cross‑train and act as a back‑up in multiple areas.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced change.
- Ongoing willingness to work overtime and in variable temperatures.
- Occasionally: bending.
- Frequently: walking and standing.
- Constantly: sitting.
- Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 11–20 pounds; reach above shoulder, squat, or kneel as needed.
The work environment is generally low to moderate noise; exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals is rare.

Compensation and BenefitsExpected base pay: $65,000–$75,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, location, and performance.
