About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact by cultivating strong client relationships and closing new business. What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding market presence and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting Relationship Building:
    Identify and engage new client and broker relationships to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Collaborate with brokers, employers, carriers, and referral partners to design tailored benefit plan solutions.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    Establish and maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Cross-Selling Solutions:
    Promote a full suite of value-added services designed to meet evolving HR and benefits needs.
  • Client Management:
    Provide proactive, responsive communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust throughout the relationship lifecycle.
