Role:
Provide assistance in all dietary functions under the direction of the Nutrition Service Director, ensuring meals meet health‑care standards and resident preferences.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for supporting the Nutrition Service in delivering safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals to Care One residents.

Duties include:

• Preparing and serving meals according to resident menus and dietary restrictions.
• Maintaining food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Collaborating with nursing and food service staff to meet resident needs.
• Following all nutrition service policies and procedures.

• Experience in long‑term care preferred; willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; strong attitude and teamwork essential.
• Must be able to work weekends; a strong plus.
