What You'll Do:
As an LPN in our Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) facility, you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health status, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality care in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Valid and active LPN license
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
