Complete Care is seeking an experienced and energetic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. We are looking for a results-driven, resident-focused leader who excels in operational management, staff development, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
About the Role:The LNHA is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service. This leader will partner closely with clinical, financial, and regional teams to support ongoing performance, strong compliance, and a positive resident and employee experience.
Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility departments.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
Drive strong census, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
Foster a positive culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
Maintain survey readiness and lead the facility through regulatory processes.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Active LNHA license in the state of New Jersey (required).
Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
Strong understanding of SNF regulations, reimbursement, and operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive results in census, compliance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
