A leading construction company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee credit operations, accounts receivable, and collections while supporting revenue growth and minimizing bad debt risk. This role works closely with sales, accounting, and senior leadership to evaluate credit risk, approve credit terms, and ensure timely collections.
Responsibilities- Approve customer credit and establish credit limits
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage delinquent accounts
- Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures
- Coordinate with sales, accounting, and legal on credit and collection matters
- Prepare credit and collections reports for management
- Lead and mentor the credit team
- Minimum 4 years of credit management experience, preferably in construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis
- Experience managing accounts receivable and credit risk
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
