Electrical Construction Project Manager (Contract to Hire)
This role offers a dynamic mix of office and field work. You will be responsible for managing multiple electrical projects from inception to completion within the scope of $1-5 million. Attendance at client meetings, collaboration with foremen, and successful project delivery within the defined scope are essential responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million in scope.
- Oversee projects strictly within Jersey, focusing initially on Monmouth County.
- Attend and actively participate in client and foreman meetings.
- Prepare and review project paperwork and submittals.
- Coordinate and manage change orders and RFIs.
- Ensure projects are executed from the ground up, including takeoffs and multifamily construction.
- Conduct two‑week look‑ahead reviews to ensure project timelines are met.
- 10 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Procore and módulo project management tools.
- Experience with ground‑ carinho construction and electrical projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a foreman or in the field.
- Detail‑oriented with experience in takeoffs, submittals, and change orders.
The position requires you to work five days a week in the office. Projects are located within a 30‑mile radius, ensuring a focused and manageable working area.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Wayne, NJ.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $45.00 – $57.70 per hour.
