Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Remote Science Instructor – Nursing Focused to prepare and tutor students pursuing nursing-related certifications, entrance exams, and core nursing coursework. Instructors will teach either a 3-hour session per week, two 2-hour sessions per week, or provide 1-hour individual tutoring lessons, guiding learners through exam preparation and practical, science-based concepts relevant to nursing and healthcare.

All instructional materials, including PowerPoint presentations, syllabus, and study guides—are provided. No grading or paper review is required.

Tutoring-Only Courses

• Microbiology
• Nursing Core Courses

• Teach assigned class schedules and serve as a substitute instructor as needed
• Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand instruction on science concepts relevant to nursing
• Motivate and support students in achieving exam readiness or course completion
• Provide one-on-one tutoring support when needed
• Adapt instruction in real time to accommodate varying experience levels
• Track student progress and share key observations with the eLearning team
• Collaborate with instructors and participate in team meetings
• Perform other eLearning-related duties as assigned

• Professional experience in biology, chemistry, or nursing-related science fields
• Background in healthcare, nursing, or applied sciences
• Qualifications may include (but are not limited to):
• Nursing, Medical, or Healthcare experience
• Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience (online teaching a plus)
• Experience with Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, or Nursing Core courses
• Comfortable using Zoom, Moodle, and common eLearning tools (Google Docs/Slides)
• Strong communication, coaching, and learner-engagement skills
• Ability to motivate adult learners and support diverse educational backgrounds
• Reliable high-speed internet, functional computer, and noise-canceling headset
• Professionalism, dependability, and efficiency
