Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, bi-lingual individual to join our Admissions Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great career opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong computer and telephone skills. Bi-lingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Recruitment and enrollment of students at the campus.
• Handling lead calls, developing relationships, tracking inquiries, managing enrollment activities and paperwork.
• Completing student files accurately.
• Representing the school at career fairs, job fairs, and similar events.
• Participating in student orientation and registration activities.

No prior admissions experience is required.

• Highly motivated and solution-oriented, aligned with our core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or referral lead generation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to see others succeed.
• Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
