Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Per Diem, Shifts, OP Wayne

Atlantic Health is seeking two skilled and compassionate Per Diem Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists to join our outpatient team in Wayne. We’re proud to offer a collaborative environment rooted in our core values: patient-centered care, professional respect, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Shifts for one of the positions will be M/F: 8a-4p and T/W 11a-7p and Th 7a-3p and the other will be M/Th 11a-7p, T/W 7a-3p, and Fri 9a-5p.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
