As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Contract Specialist to join our team.
Position OverviewThe Construction Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts for all ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and supporting project teams with contract administration and risk management. This role is critical to maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation for all projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and legal counsel to resolve contract issues.
- Monitor contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist in risk management and advise on potential contract‑related exposures.
- Support dispute resolution and claim management processes when needed.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction contract administration or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
