Lumida is growing quickly and preparing for our next phase of growth. We seek a competitive, driven and accomplished Business Operations Leader / Chief of Staff passionate about disrupting the wealth management industry with AI.

• Drive the execution of critical initiatives and partnerships, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Guide the marketing team to align with company goals and strategies, bringing a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
• Establish and manage relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Act as an AI evangelist, incorporating AI into workflows and seeking ways to refactor processes for greater efficiency.
• Plan and execute Lumida‑specific conferences and events for prospects and clients, including travel to various events.
• Produce high‑quality written materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; draft op‑eds, Twitter threads, and other content in collaboration with the CEO.
• Lead community communications and engagement.

• Record of leading, shipping and getting stuff done.
• Background in start‑up consulting or prior experience in management consulting.
• Deliverable based and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Professional network within the crypto community.
• Work ethic and execution orientation – intense passion and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to travel for events and conferences.
• Based in the New Jersey / New York area.
• Strong self‑improvement mindset, integrity, resiliency, growth mindset, and openness to feedback and coaching.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience in a Biz Ops role or consulting experience at a Top‑5 firm.
• Proven track record of successful project management and execution in a fast‑paced environment.
