Job Description
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant
-Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors in person
- Perform data entry and order entry
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives as needed
- File, scan, and organize documents
