Middle School Girls Assistant Track Coach

• Must possess the knowledge and ability to support the track coach with technique, strategy, and enhance skill development
• Experience coaching track at the middle school level preferred
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Basic first aid, CPR, and concussion training required
• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Teach and enforce proper techniques and safety measures
• Support the coach with organizing, motivating and supervising athletes
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage sportsmanship
• Represent Wayland Union School district in a positive manner when dealing with opponents, players, parents, and spectators
