Staff Registered Nurse ED - Emergency Department

Vivian Concierge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Waycross, Georgia. The role offers a sign‑on & relocation bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the ED using nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”
  • Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
  • Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and documents care in the medical record timely and thoroughly.
  • Responds promptly to patient requests, anticipates needs, and resolves them proactively.
  • Teaches patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology for complete understanding.
  • Prepares patients and families for future self‑management and promotes healthy lifestyle changes.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate Degree.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PALS Instructor obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
