Clinical Nutrition Manager – HCA Healthcare

Join Memorial Satellite Health, a leading provider of healthcare services, as a Clinical Nutrition Manager. In this role you will lead the interdisciplinary nutrition team to deliver high‑quality medical nutrition therapy to patients across all age groups and acuity levels.

Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other clinicians to provide evidence‑based nutrition care following the Nutrition Care Process.

• Oversee and supervise Clinical Dietitians and the Medical Nutrition Therapy program.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, employee evaluations, and performance reviews for the Clinical Nutrition team.
• Manage scheduling, monitor attendance, and track overtime using KRONOS.
• Serve as the FNS liaison for shared governance councils and other committees.
• Develop nutrition care guidelines, ensuring alignment with department and facility protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff and dietetic interns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital clinical nutrition experience.
• Registered Dietitian (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required.
• Advanced certification (RD‑AP, CSP, CNSC, CDE, CSO, or equivalent) preferred.
• State licensure and a Registered Food Service Manager Certificate required within 1 year of employment.
