Aviation Ground Operations Coordinator JAARS Covering mile

The Aviation Ground Operations Coordinator is critical to aircraft dispatching and logistical management. In this position, you will be respoinsible to coordinate and manage some of the tasks associated with preparing, positioning, launching, and terminating daily aircraft flights. You will have responsibilities centered around managing an aircraft’s dispatachability and the systems and equipment that are needed to keep aircraft in that state.

• Coordinate aircraft movement on the ramp, including the fueling of aircraft
• Coordinate daily aircraft parking and hangaring
• Manage the aircraft hangars, ensuring organization and cleanliness
• Manage aircraft washing and cleaning
• Manage ground handling and service equipment
• Manage the Av gas and Jet A fuel dispensing equipment and storage units
• Assist the Maintenance Controller with coordinating unscheduled aircraft maintenance

• Able to work outdoors year-round round
