About the Program and Position
Texas Baptist Hope for Children (TBHC) serves foster children and supports foster/adoptive families throughout the DFW area. We are a Christian agency whose purpose is:
Glorify God by Caring for Children. Our Intake/FAD Coordinator role serves as the first point of contact for children who are in need of placement. They ensures timely coordination with state agencies as well as foster and adoptive families. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting safe and stable placements. To provide the quality care to the children and families, this will require team coordination, organization and travel throughout the DFW area.
(DFW area includes but not limited to the following counties: Dallas, Ellis, Tarrant, Johnson, Rockwall, Kaufman, Denton, Collin)
Must have a college degree.
Schedule- Office
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 - Will require after-hours to complete services and on-call
- Occasional weekends for special events and on-call rotation
- On Call Rotation Schedule
- Monitor records for compliance
- Provide support and supervision for foster/adoptive parents
- Develop treatment/service plans
