Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Key duties include:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stocking in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting expected
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
