VIVA Pediatrics is a home health services company specializing in private duty nursing, therapy, and skilled nursing visits for infants and children. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to each patient.

• Assess home health patients to identify physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs, documented in clinical records, case conferences, and evaluations.
• Implement, develop, and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity.
• Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect staff and patients (OSHA compliance); nursing care meets State, Federal, and Local regulations.
• Comply with all VIVA Pediatrics policies and procedures and promote the Agency philosophy.
• Communicate effectively with patients/families, team members, and other health care professionals via clinical notes, case conferences, and evaluations.
• Notify supervising nurse immediately of any changes in the client’s condition.
• Provide health education to client and/or caregiver.
• Document interim changes to the plan of care in a timely manner.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience or 6 months in pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
