You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensuring their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• Assist guests in selecting cakes that suit their celebrations.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming and joyful atmosphere throughout the shop.
• Support team members and participate in ongoing training.
