Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on experience in the site construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Quick Books and be comfortable managing day-to-day financial tasks, job costing, and construction-specific billing processes such as progress billing and lien releases.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial tasks and recordkeeping.
- Perform job costing for construction projects.
- Handle construction-specific billing processes, including progress billing and lien releases.
- Provide timely reporting related to construction jobs, vendors, subcontractors, and project costs.
- Proficiency in Quick Books.
- Experience in the site construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation: $49,500 - $54,000 yearly
