We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing service department. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager by assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, value, timeliness, and profitability.

• Provide clerical support for all aspects of the business, including project pursuits, warranty and close‑out documents.
• Maintain submittal log, assist with subcontractor project orientation meetings, and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and the Superintendent.
• Actively participate in project orientation, administration, coordination, and close‑out activities.
• Build and sustain customer relationships while meeting company needs.
• Participate in personal career development through on‑the‑job training and assist in developing interns.
• Set and maintain high standards of performance, taking responsibility and accountability for completing assignments.
• Proactively report progress and follow up on project tasks to monitor results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to perform tasks efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, cross‑functional teams, and suppliers.
