Starting at $16.50/hour | Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (50 minutes of combined breaktime daily).

The Workroom Collective brings together tradition and innovation in soft furnishings. Originally founded as a local drapery workroom decades ago, our Waverly-based studio now serves top interior designers and boutique hospitality brands across the country. We're passionate about quality, service, and the art of the handmade - and we're growing! We're looking for team members who are eager to learn, love working with their hands, and believe in the power of doing things well together.

• Sew custom drapery panels, roman shades, and decorative pillows using industrial machines.
• Cut and prep fabric and linings with precision and accuracy.
• Handle hand-finishing techniques such as hemming, pinning, and trimming.
• Inspect each item for quality control before it ships.
• Fold, steam, and package custom products with care.
• Assist in fabric inventory and workroom upkeep.
• Lift and move bolts of fabric and finished products (up to 30 lbs).
• Support larger team projects and meet daily production goals.
• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and team-oriented environment.
