Crosspoint Church – Worship Pastor (Full-Time)

Location: Waverly, Iowa (College Town | Short Drive to Urban Areas)

We are looking for a full-time Worship Pastor who is a Spirit-led worshipper and a developer of people. This position is perfect for a college graduate or early-career leader seeking hands-on ministry experience and eager to join a church that is intentionally focused on developing future leaders. This position goes beyond leading worship on Sundays and is centered on identifying, training, and releasing future worship leaders, including leaders who will serve at future rural campuses.

• Lead Spirit-led, Christ-centered worship for weekend services
• Build and lead healthy worship and production teams
• Identify, train, and mentor emerging worship leaders
• Develop leaders who can multiply ministry and serve future campuses
• Collaborate with the pastoral staff and participate fully in church life
• Participate in pastoral care responsibilities, including the on-call pastor rotation

• A Spirit-led worshipper with a clear calling to ministry
• Experience leading worship in a church, campus, or ministry context
• A team player with strong leadership and a learner mindset
• Passion for developing people and multiplying leaders
• Musical proficiency (vocals and/or instrument)
• Credentialed with the Assemblies of God, or willing and able to pursue AG credentials
