Desktop Support Technician
Pay Rate: $15/hr - $18/hr (variable dependent)
Location:
Milwaukee, WI (onsite 100%)
Duration: 9+ month contract
Overview:
Provides on-site Level 1 & Level 2 technical support across multiple locations. Responsible for incident, request, and problem resolution following ITIL best practices. Requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 1–3 years of IT desktop support and customer service experience
- 2 year IT degree or active progress toward a degree with equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM imaging
- Strong support experience with:
- PC hardware & software
- Windows 11, Office 365, enterprise applications
- Installation/configuration of operating systems and images
- Troubleshooting peripherals (printers, scanners, AV equipment)
- Smartphone troubleshooting
- Point of Sale (POS) support
