Role Description s
- Lead end-to-end requirements discovery by conducting workshops and discussions with Product owner and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases aligned with Agile Scrum practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and AEM delivery teams (Architecture, Development, QA, UI, Dev Ops).
- Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be processes, functional flows, and impact assessments for digital experience initiatives.
- Support product backlog management, including refinement, prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint readiness.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Program Project Managers to align scope, priorities, and release plans.
- Define AEM-specific functional requirements covering Sites, Components, Templates, Editable Templates, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, MSM, and workflows.
- Partner with Architects to contribute to solution designs and ensure business requirements are technically feasible and scalable on AEM.
- Document and validate non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, accessibility, SEO, and availability.
- Support integration requirements and validation for AEM with external systems such as DAM, Analytics, Personalization, and third-party APIs.
- Provide functional inputs for AEM architecture concepts, including author/publish separation, dispatcher caching, and CDN behavior.
- Work closely with developers during storyline grooming to clarify requirements, handle edge cases, and ensure development readiness.
- Review and validate implemented features against requirements through functional testing, UAT support, and defect triage.
- Coordinate with QA teams to develop test scenarios and ensure coverage of functional and non-functional objectives.
- Support content migration planning and validation for new AEM implementations or platform upgrades.
- Facilitate Sprint demos, walkthroughs, DORs, and sign-offs for completed features and releases.
- Support author training, enablement materials, and best-practice documentation for business and content teams.
