Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including grant-related transactions
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Support budget development, forecasting, and grant reporting
• Prepare reports for leadership, auditors, and funding agencies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and nonprofit regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• New graduates encouraged to apply!
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred, ideally within a nonprofit or healthcare setting (not required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
