We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations and keep things running smoothly. This hands-on role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and staging materials for customer orders, delivering products safely and accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable warehouse and showroom. You’ll also play an important role in keeping our property safe, orderly, and ready for business each day.

Success in this role comes from attention to detail, dependability, and a strong commitment to quality. The right candidate will bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling the physical aspects of the job, including lifting and moving materials.

• Process work orders and pickups with accuracy
• Deliver materials safely to customers and other locations
• Organize and display carpet and flooring products to showroom standards
• Manage and dispose of warehouse materials properly
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse, showroom, and property
• Take on seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse manager and report any issues promptly

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• A basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor
