School Van Driver

About the Role

Join as a Part‑time School Van Driver at First Student in Wausau, WI. You’ll pick up students before school and drop them off after school, ensuring they travel safely.

• Split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• Guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day.
• Option to pick up additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $18 / hour starting wage, based on experience.
• Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits plus 401k retirement savings plans (subject to location or CBA).
• Paid CDL training.
• Child‑Ride‑Along program for working parents.

• No college degree or high school diploma required.
• Miltary experience, returning to workforce, 2nd job, retiree, or looking to start a new career.
• Looking for a part‑time schedule.
• Enjoy working with students.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
