Fundraiser Product Coordinator - On-Site in Wausau, WI - Part time, Temporary

Part Time Fundraiser Product Coordinator opportunity with our Wausau client! This is a Temporary position responsible for monitoring product distribution to leaders and volunteers.

Responsibilities:

• Distributing and managing product inventory
• Filling orders, including planned orders, emailed and phoned in orders
• Responsible for the distribution of product and verifying counts when distributing
• Maintaining accurate records for each transaction
• Communicating effectively with volunteers and other managers
• May be responsible for recording transactions in online inventory management system
• May be responsible for accepting deliveries and verifing and signing for product

Schedule:

Will work March 3 - April 5, 2026; weekly schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday - Thursday, Noon-5pm
• Friday, 2pm-5pm
• Saturday, 9am-3pm
• Sunday, 10am-2pm

Pay:

• $15-17/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Experience with tracking inventory a plus
• Some flexibility in scheduling is important
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to work in cold weather conditions (will be working in a heated garage)
• Creativity, enthusiasm, flexibility, patience, fast learner and experience working with children a plus!
