Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Location:

Wausau, WI.

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses, and shrinkage.
• Handle merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day.
• Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
