Quality Technician

Marathon Electric is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our commitment to manufacturing excellence by ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards and customer expectations.

• Manage QMS Documentation:
  Draft, review, update, and control the Quality Management System documentation (such as the Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs, and policies)
• Coordinate External Audits:
  Act as the primary focal point and guide for external certification bodies and customers during ISO 9001 audits
• Execute Internal Audits:
  Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across all critical processes and departments
• Manage non-conformities from audits
• Alignment with areas:
  Establish continuous contact with support areas (Sales, Engineering, PPC, Purchasing) to ensure their specific processes are harmonized with the QMS and meet ISO 9001 standards
• Manage supplier quality communications and ensure credits for non-conforming materials

• Minimum of a two-year associates degree preferably within Quality or Manufacturing
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
• Ability to audit and provide written and verbal communication of the findings
• Experience in mechanical measurements
