On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1-2 nights of weeknight call as needed.

30 minute response time.

Call back minimum is 2 hours.

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: WI RN license, ACLS, BLS.

4 years.

Charting Experience

Epic preferred.

Required Skillset: fast paced OP settings.

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):
Fast paced IR unit, variety of procedures-1:1 patient ratio, avg 4-6 /day, Team of 1 RN & 2 Rad Techs- primary cases IR procedures.

Scrub Colors: any color.
