NP​/PA - Critical Care Nocturnist - Wausau, Wisconsin

Join the Aspirus Health Critical Care team in Wausau, Wisconsin as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Be part of an advanced, team-based approach with Pulmonary/Critical Care specialists and fellow APPs.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• No call responsibilities
• Physician support: Physicians are present during the day shift and available on call overnight for collaboration.
• Clinical responsibilities:
  • Opportunity to train in bedside procedures such as arterial line placement and chest tube insertion.
  • Assist with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Hospital inpatient or ICU RN experience preferred.
• CHEST certification preferred; must be obtained within two years of hire.
