Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN
- • Shift Requirements: 12 hours NOCS
Float Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed..
On Call/Call Back Requirements: can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS.
** Must be able to pass EKG test 1st week of hire.*
* Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR STRONG CARDIAC EXPERIENCE (Cardiac SDU/Intermediate Cardiac/Cardiac ICU) & 2 years IMC/PCU/Tele experience required.

Candidates cannot move forward in the interview process without experience without Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips.

* Required: at least ONE travel assignment must be completed
* Charting- 1 year recent EPIC charting experience required

• Unit Information: 44 Bed Intermediate cardiac stepdown. Fast paced, high patient turnover. Post op CABG/Valve, thoracotomy, Vascular, Arrhythmia, CHF, Post procedure cath, pacer, defib, ablations, Acute CP/MI, med/surg overflow i.e. detox, DKA, COPD exac, resp failure, Fem Pop Bypass. Patient ratio typically 1:4
