General Labor at Green Bay Packaging - Wausau Division summary:

Seeking safety- and quality-focused general laborers to operate or assist with manufacturing machinery and material handling, perform quality checks, report issues, and maintain a clean work environment. Candidates must follow safety and company policies, have basic math and computer skills, and be available for all three shifts including overtime and weekends. High school education preferred; duties include any additional tasks assigned by supervision.

We are seeking safety, quality conscious and motivated individuals to fill our General Labor positions.

• Safely operate or assist in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and general plant operations.
• Complete quality checks as required.
• Report irregularities, maintenance needs, and quality issues to supervision.
• Any other duties assigned by supervision.

• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety rules and policies
• Ability to understand and comply with Company policies and plant rules
• Basic math and computer skills
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Must be able to work all three shifts, including overtime and weekends

• High School or better
