Production Manager - 2nd Shift

Oversee and manage 2nd shift production employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Hours for this position are 3 pm–1 am, Monday–Thursday, subject to change as business needs dictate.

• Hire, onboard, train, and manage production employees on the assigned shift.
• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluation and feedback.
• Coordinate production schedules.
• Develop training plans to meet safety, regulatory, and production requirements.
• Lead and participate on cross‑functional quality improvement teams.
• Communicate standard operating procedures and plant rules to all production team members, ensuring they are implemented and strictly adhered to.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all plant employees and visitors.
• Ensure all safety rules are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Thorough understanding of or quickly learn production operations and machinery.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.

• 40–50 hours a week depending on production demands.
• Must be able to traverse the production facility.
