Salary Range: $104,000 – $181,000 plus annual incentive bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (or enrolled, with completion within 3 years)
• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible state
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in operational and strategic leadership, team development, and change management
• Experience in inpatient nursing operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance
