WAUSAU BRANCH MANAGER – Park City Credit Union
Exciting Opportunity as a Park City Credit Union Branch Manager in the Wausau location. Primary location will be Wausau, after a training period in Merrill, through May 2026. In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving our Mission Statement: “Helping our members fulfill their dreams while serving our communities.”
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and financial solutions tailored to our members’ needs. We seek a motivated leader with strong communication skills and a passion for driving success in a member‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Under the direction of the Regional Manager, responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operation of a branch office.
- Planning, directing, deposit and lending goal achievement, organizing and managing day‑to‑day operational and employee activities.
- Driving positive brand advancement and supporting branch growth through outside business development activities and community involvement.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years in the financial industry.
- Prior staff management experience.
- Strong commitment to serving the community.
- Ability to create strong engagement with reporting employees and drive positive brand awareness within the community.
