HOURS: Monday through Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM (20-25 hrs/wk)

As a part-time Maintenance Specialist at Peoples State Bank, you'll take charge of ensuring our office buildings and grounds sparkle with cleanliness and functionality! Your responsibilities include the thorough cleaning and upkeep of our facilities, as well as servicing essential systems like electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining not only the interior of the buildings but also the exterior, parking lot, and surrounding grounds.

To thrive as a part-time Maintenance Specialist at Peoples State Bank, you'll need a solid foundation of skills and knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is essential, along with a working understanding of electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security systems. We’re looking for someone who can quickly troubleshoot building-related issues and take action to resolve them effectively. You'll need to prioritize work requests like a pro and have the ability to learn on the fly as new challenges arise.

Following through and completing tasks by deadlines is key to keeping our operations smooth.

And don’t forget, a bit of physical strength is necessary—being able to lift 50 lbs regularly is part of the job. If you’re agile, accountable, and eager to contribute to our team, this is the perfect role for you!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Working knowledge and basic structure regarding electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security systems.
• Ability to trouble shoot building related issues and take action to resolve issues.
• Ability to prioritize work requests and learn quickly.
• Ability to follow through and complete work requests by given deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
