Overview

Use nursing expertise to help guide the evolution of Epic's clinical software and assist nurses in delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. As an expert advisor to and member of Epic's Application Services team, you will help organizations around the country use our software to improve their nursing experience. Beyond implementation there’s the opportunity to join our clinical informatics team to develop system content and conduct software demonstrations for current and prospective customers.

You’ll also partner with hospitals and clinics as a nurse liaison to help them accomplish their nursing informatics goals.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and create clinical workflows to support patient care.
  • Develop strategies tailored to each organization and provide guidance throughout projects.
  • Support and participate in software demonstrations for current and prospective customers as part of the clinical informatics and applications teams.
  • Collaborate with hospitals and clinics as a nurse liaison to achieve nursing informatics goals.
  • Possibly transition to the clinical informatics team to develop content and demonstrate software.
  • Engage with Epic’s customers to help manage projects within leading health systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or greater (BSN preferred)
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical travel patterns including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
