Audiology Technician

Beltone: MLM Hearing‑Audiology Resources is a well‑established leader in hearing healthcare, operating since 1976. With over 155 clinics across the U.S., we are committed to providing high‑quality patient care and are seeking a dedicated Audiology Technician.

• Troubleshoot and perform adjustments of hearing aids and related devices under the supervision of an audiologist/hearing care provider.
• Instruct patients on proper care, use, and maintenance of hearing aids and assistive devices.
• Manage patient records, including data entry and documentation in electronic health systems.
• Manage the service aspect of hearing devices.
• Serve as the initial warm and welcoming point of contact for patients, whether over the phone or in person.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient communications in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build and maintain patient relationships.
• Assist with travel to nearby clinics as required; travel allowance will be considered.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or audiology setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to handle small devices and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
