Aspirus Business Health in Wausau, WI is seeking an Accounts Specialist to join our team!

Through strategic business and market planning with the manager and leadership team engage with current clients to promote services in the community and maintain and build new customer bases. Assess client satisfaction of services received, meeting or exceeding established outcomes and anticipate future needs based upon industry knowledge. Provide the customer perspective as a member of the Business Health team in new program development initiatives and customer service issues.

Support and administer the Client Relationship Management system.

HOURS:

Full Time or .8 FTE, 64 hours per pay period. Monday – Friday day shift.

• Knowledge of health care system services, business practices and communication concepts is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• A minimum of two to three years of experience in a health care facility, human services, or other health and wellness related business environment, and a minimum of two years in a technical/professional role necessary to enhance and develop skills.
• Possesses an understanding and working knowledge of Occupational Health standards, Primary/Acute Care, Care Coordination, Wellness and Preventative Health, Employee Assistance Services and TJC standards. Demonstrates the ability to communicate and build consensus with co-workers, clients and other staff employees.
• Knowledge of database applications and procedures is normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in health, computer science, or business administration along with medical terminology or equivalent; or at least two years of previous medical record, health and wellness, health plan administration or healthcare related experience.
• Requires an individual who is self-motivated and self-directed, assumes responsibility and exercises authority over assigned work functions is accurate and detail-oriented, possesses ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, work with and maintain confidentiality, and examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
