• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a registered professional engineer.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with DNR design standards.
• Work effectively with all levels of the design team and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
