• General call only (no trauma) - equally shared amongst all 10 partners

• 2-year base salary guarantee plus bonuses
• 2-year track to partnership to include ASC, Clinic, Ancillaries, & Real Estate buy-in opportunities
• $1.4MM+ demonstrated proven earnings as partner - $800K+ as non-partner
• 6 weeks PTO plus 6.5 holidays
