Position: Diversified Division Lead / Sales Representative

Diversified Installation is looking for a driven and experienced Division Lead to manage this division and play a key role in both operations and sales. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a division while driving business growth.

Position Overview:

The Moving & Storage Division Lead will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, develop efficient processes, and focus heavily on sales and business development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the operational side and actively generate new business through sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Moving & Storage division.
  • Develop processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Lead and train a team of movers, drivers, and support staff.
  • Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
  • Develop pricing proposals and sales strategies.
  • Set and track sales and operational performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for major accounts and complex moves.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in moving, storage, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and reporting.
