We are looking for a knowledgeable, customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join Kocourek Subaru Parts Department. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, technicians, and the overall service workflow by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting required parts and accessories
• Look up and order parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
• Prepare and maintain accurate invoices, quotes, and parts records
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repair order completion
• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
• Support parts team with daily tasks and special projects as needed

• Previous Automotive Parts Or Service Experience Preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using computer‑based parts catalog systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
